An Edwardian sterling silver hot water (or coffee) pot by Walter and Charles Sissons, hallmarked London 1902, with retail mark for Cahoon Bros, Belfast. Fluted, inverted baluster shape with scroll handle, engraved with the crest and motto "A favore regis nomen" (A name by favour of the king), of the Kingan family of Belfast. possibly the property of William Sinclair Kingan of Belfast. 9.25" (23.5cm) high, 5 cups (1200ml) capacity, 22.2 troy ounces (691g).
