A George II style sterling silver centerpiece bowl in the manner of Paul de Lamerie, hallmarked London 1902, maker's mark rubbed (possibly Goldsmiths and Silversmith Co.). Pierced scallop-shell shaped body on three cast dolphin feet with a caryatid handle terminating in twin dolphin tails. Engraved with a family crest, 10" (25.4cm) across, 7.5" (19.1cm) high, 34.6 troy oz (1084g).
