A massive Japanese silver mixed metal vase, Meiji period c. 1900. Applied flowers and foliage in gold and copper add depth to the engraved decoration. Stamped with the character mark for "Jungin" (pure silver) and a makers mark as well as the engraver's signature. 12" (30.5cm) high. 6" (15cm) diameter, 46.9 troy oz (1459g).
