An antique George IV sterling silver cream and sugar by Hyam Hyams, hallmarked London 1823. Compressed spherical form on four feet with ornate repousse decoration, scroll handles and gilt interiors. Sugar bowl is 7 5⁄8" (19.4cm) handle to handle, 17.8 troy oz (554g).
