An American sterling silver rose bowl by AG Schultz and Co., Baltimore c. 1910. Circular shape with convex sides and with everted rim, the body beautifully decorated with repoussé flowers, ferns and other foliage. The underside engraved with a presentation inscription from 1910. Marked with "handmade" and retail mark of DB Ryland and Co. of Bristol Virginia, 9.5" (24.1cm) diameter, 3" (7.6cm) high, 15.9 ozt (495g).
