A fine massive set of Canadian sterling silver tea service and matching tray by Poul Petersen, Montreal c. 1955. Plain baluster shaped body with hand hammered finish, the set includes a teapot, coffee pot, hot water pot, cream jug, sugar bowl, kettle on stand and tray. Height of kettle 14.2" (36cm), tray length 28.5"(72.3cm), total weight 237.1 troy oz (7375g).
