Large fine quality early Victorian sterling silver salver by James Charles Edington, hallmarked for London 1843. Serpentine rim with applied scrolling foliage border, on four conforming feet, the interior flat chased in the Rococo style with scrolls, flowers and foliage and engraved with a coat of arms. 18" (45.7cm) diameter, 79.7 troy ounces (2480g).
