Pair of William IV Silver Sauce Tureens

A pair of fine quality antique silver sauce tureens hallmarked Birmingham 1835 by George Richmond Collis & George Whitgrave. Each oval fluted bombé shape and four acanthus-capped feet with scrolling foliate border, the detachable covers with grape and vine loop handles. 8.5" (21.5cm) across, 50.1 troy oz. (1559g).
