A fine attractive Victorian sterling silver-gilt Monteith bowl by William Hutton & Sons Ltd, hallmarked London 1897. Traditional form with fluted body and foot, crenulated rim, with two lion mask and triangle handles on the sides. 8.5" (21.5cm) diameter, 7.25" (18.4cm) high, 33.4 troy oz (1039g).
