A fine quality early George II sterling silver half pint mug by John Eckford II (maker's mark partially rubbed), hallmarked London 1728. Baluster shaped on spreading foot with scroll handle. Half pint size, 3 5/8" (9.2cm) high, 6.8 troy oz (213g).
