A fine quality George II sterling silver kettle on stand by John Swift, hallmarked London 1734. Bullet-shaped with flat chased decoration, on a stand with an apron of scroll and foliate swags, and three acanthus-capped double scroll legs with shell feet. Engraved with a coat of arms. 12.5" (31.8cm) high, 60.3 troy oz (1877g).
