A large Victorian sterling silver tea tray by Richard Martin and Ebenezer Hall, hallmarked for London 1869. This beautiful and heavy antique silver tea tray is oval shaped with an applied bead border and cast acanthus capped double scroll handles, the interior hand engraved with swags of fruit and foliage. The centre of the tray is blank and has never been engraved. The tray sits on four low bracket shaped feet. It measures 26.5" (67.3cm) from handle to handle, 17.5" (44.5cm) wide, weight is 126 oz troy (3920g).
