Fine quality William IV sterling silver cake basket by John Settle & Henry Wilkinson, hallmarked Sheffield 1830. Circular with serpentine edge, beautifully chased and embossed with six masks depicting mythological characters on a ground of acanthus and other foliage, swing handle with grape and vine decoration 12.75" (32.4cm) diameter, 43.2 troy oz (1342g).
