A fine quality Victorian sterling silver inkstand by John Grinsell & Sons, hallmarked London 1897. Two cylinder shaped cut glass bottles with silver collars and lids, an oval shaped taper-box with hinged lid, two pen wells, on oblong shaped base with four ball & claw feet. 9.9" (25.3cm) across, 7" (17.8cm) deep, 19.9  troy oz (619g) weighable.
