Japanese Silver Sake Cup

A fine silver Japanese sake cup c.1960. Plain circular form on ring foot, engraved with pine tree decoration in the centre. marked "pure silver" on the underside. Engraved with inscription in Japanese characters on the reverse of the rim. 3" (7.5cm) diameter and 1.1" (2.7cm) high, 1.4 toy oz (45g).
