An Edwardian sterling silver jewellery box by Henry Matthews, hallmarked London 1904. Rectangular shape, embossed with decoration depicting cherubs on the lid. Gilt interior with green fabric lining, on four paw legs. Engraved with a script monogram MGL on the lid.  4.75" (12cm) across, 1.8" (4.7cm) high.
