George V Pierced Silver Basket

An English sterling silver basket by Josiah Williams & Co (George Maudsley Jackson & David Landsborough Fullerton) with retail mark of Birks, hallmarked London 1913. Oval shaped on four anthemon feet, beautifully pierced with scrolls and foliage, with applied scroll border. 11.75" (29.8cm) long, 8.5"(21.5cm) high,15 troy oz (467g).
