Georgian Sterling Silver and Agate Snuff Box

A large George IV sterling silver snuff box hallmarked Birmingham 1829 by Thomas Shaw. Rectangular shape with cut corners, applied floral thumb piece, engine turned lid and bottom. With an agate plaque on the lid and gilt interior. 3.5" (8.9cm) long, 2 5/8" (6.6cm) wide 3.9 troy oz (120g).
