A fine quality and heavy Victorian sterling silver coffee pot by Charles Fox & George Fox, hallmarked London 1857. Baluster shape on spreading foot embossed and chased with fluting and scroll decoration, the hinged domed lid embossed and chased with foliage decoration, with applied dual serpent-form handle and raptor-headed spout. 11" (28cm) high, 6 cups (1500ml) capacity, 40.3 troy oz (1255g).
